How do I get a license for the ImFusion SDK?
Select the monthly or annual subscription plan that best fits your needs. Create an account and proceed to checkout. Once the process is successfully completed, you can download the SDK installer from the download page in your account dashboard.
Your license key for activating the software is sent by email in the order confirmation and is also available in the Subscription section of your account dashboard.
How do I add or remove extension modules?
You can add Extension Modules only with ImFusion SDK Starter and ImFusion SDK Professional plans
After selecting the SDK plan, you’ll be able to configure the extension modules that you want to include in your SDK.
It is possible to include extension modules in the 30-day free trial period.
Note that the free trial is one-time only. If you modify your subscription to add or remove modules during the trial period, the free trial will automatically end and start the modified plan.
What's included in the 30-day free trial?
All features and functionalities of the SDK and of the selected extension modules are available for evaluation during the free trial period.
How do I start a trial of the ImFusion SDK?
ImFusion SDK Free plan is free for non-commercial use, as such no trial is offered.
ImFusion SDK Starter and ImFusion SDK Professional plans include a one-time 30-day free trial period.
If you modify your subscription (e.g. by adding or removing extension modules) during this period, the free trial will automatically end and start the modified plan.
If you cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period, no fee will be charged.
How many users can activate a license?
The number of users who can activate a license depends on the Quantity selected during checkout.
For example, if the selected quantity is 5, the license key associated with the purchased subscription can be activated by up to five different users on different machines.
How does license activation work?
All licenses associated with the different subscription plans are machine-bound, meaning that each license activation is tied to a specific machine.
The number of machines on which a license can be activated depends on the quantity selected during checkout. For example, if you purchase a subscription with a quantity of 5, the license key can be activated on up to five different machines, typically by five different users.
Note that machine-bound licenses do not work on virtual machines or containers.
Do you offer other license models?
Yes, we also offer floating licenses upon request. With floating licenses, activation is not tied to a specific machine, allowing the license to be used by different users as needed.
This option is best suited for concurrent usage, or for running the software in virtual machines or containers.

Can I manage the activations of my license?
Yes, after successfully purchasing a subscription, you will be granted access to our license user portal, where you can view and manage the status of your license, including reviewing and resetting activations for individual machines.
Can I activate a license offline?
Yes, a license can be activated offline. This can be done on a self-service basis through our offline activation portal.
How the process works:
Install the software on the target machine.
Generate an activation request file from the software.
Upload the request file to the offline activation portal.
Download the generated activation response file.
Install the response file on the target machine to complete the license activation.
Upon successful generation of the activation response file, the server counts one activation against the license.
Licenses that allow multiple activations can be activated either online or offline, independently for each activation.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, go to your Account page and navigate to your subscriptions. Click “Cancel” on the subscription you no longer need.
The license will continue to be active until the end of the subscription cycle.
